Our
concept
Precisely developed. Individually applied. Effectively implemented.
Our program model uses chess as a structured tool to promote social, cognitive, and emotional skills. The focus is not on the game itself, but on the development of the people who use it.
Every training session is based on a careful analysis:
This results in a program that is perfectly suited to the respective target group – from educational institutions to therapeutic facilities, management development and work with senior citizens.

The model combines practice sequences, social interactions, and reflection phases into a clear learning process. Each unit follows a comprehensible structure. The trainings remain easily accessible – even for beginners – and make progress immediately noticeable.
Chessboard
André Vögtlin has developed a chessboard that visually demonstrates the skills that chess can foster – from cognitive abilities and emotional strength to social skills. This board is available free of charge to anyone interested and may be used without restriction.
Chess has a profound effect on the personality.
It promotes clarity, patience and mental strength – and can give structure, orientation and inner peace to people facing challenges.
Our chessboard is representative of this effect: a tool that facilitates learning and makes development visible.
